There are no limits for contributions to political committees in Texas. Contributions are not tax-deductible. We also take no corporate or union funds. By making this contribution I certify that:

• The funds come from my personal funds and not those of another person;
  
• This contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made on a corporate card;
  The contribution is not from general treasury funds of a corporation, a labor union, or a bank;
  
• I am not a foreign national without permanent resident status;
  
• If under 18 years of age: these funds are my own and not given to me in order to make this gift.

State law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $500 in a calendar year. Please be sure to include this information when you fill out your mail-in donation form or your secure on-line contribution form. Contributions to Ronnie Earle are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
